How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

People who contact Dryopened Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Dryopened Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Dryopened Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@dryopened.lat and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not resolve the matter, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
